Beyond the typical tourists spots in Bangkok!

Hello and welcome! We are glad to see you on our website for our guesthouse Home’81 in the Wangthonglang neighbourhood of Bangkok.

The team of Home’81 runs the place with great pleasure and enthusiasm.

We share the love of travelling with our guests, which lead us to the idea to open a small guesthouse in our Wangthonglang neighbourhood in Bangkok. Wangthonglang is a residential area with a great mix of the Thai society. If you would like to get insides how Bangkokian’s stay and live, you are at the right place. For everyone else, who likes to be closer to the tourist spots, we recommend not to stay with us, to avoid any disappointments. In the nearby area you can find interesting shoppings malls like Central Festival Eastville, Union Mall or Central Lad Phrao, beside the Chatuchack Weekend Market, which is one of Bangkok’s most interesting shopping destination.

Home’81 is located the the dead end of a side street of Lad Phrao Soi 81, which makes it quite and peaceful, but it is just a 5-10 minutes walk and you are in the middle of the busy life in front of the Imperial World shopping mall where you can also find the Yellow Line MRT Station “Lat Phrao 83”, from where you can connect to the main tourist spots in Bangkok and of course to the airport.

Our Home’81 guesthouse has overall 8 rooms. 6 rooms are with kingsize beds and for groups of three people we have two rooms with three single mattresses. Every of these rooms have a private bathroom, an air condition, and a closet with hangers. For our guests we provide: free clean towels, clean blankets & linen, soap & shampoo, hair dryers, and of course free Wifi. On the ground floor we have a small coffee shop and plenty of space for sitting inside or outside.

We are always glad to help our guests with some tips about what to do and see in Bangkok and in the close by area.
