• The guest will need to make a pre-payment of 100% of the total price after reservation.
  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price.
  • We reserve the right to collect a security deposit of max. 2,000 THB in cash at arrival, the deposit will be refunded at check out after room inspection.
  • Check in is possible between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check in after 8:00 pm has to be announced until 6:00 PM of arrival day, we will charge 300 THB extra, and you should be able to call our staff. After 10:00 PM bookings for that day without any announcement of a late arrival will be marked as no show. Check in before 15:00 PM depends on availability at arrival and may an additional fee will be charged.
  • We only accept cash payments.
  • Each guest has to show his ID-Card, in case of foreigner, his or her passport.
  • No guest under 18 years.
  • Each guest has to fill out a registration card at arrival, any additional guests have to be reported to us.
  • If a guest disregards one of our house rules or policies, he/she will be asked to leave without any refunds.
